With her low-key eccentricity, designer Aida Sanchez has created another dazzling Winter Collection that is functional as well as chic.

She offers fresh interpretations of her signature style and has demonstrated that her accessories can be used for glamour appearances at the Met or clubbing downtown in Soho.

Gigantic plume, violet and bronze abstract floral applications embody confidence, sophistication and a youthful grandeur.

Standout must haves from the Collection include a dove cashmere shawl playfully embellished with fuzzy mohair and Guinea feather.

Woven Paisleys on beautiful light weight silk / cashmeres with Lurex flashes are the darling for a more casual look.

The designer has kept with the ubiquitous grey pallor from last fall by reinventing and embellishing it with antique silver metallic lace trims, as well as plisse Lurex ribbons artistically placed.

Cobalt plays a prominent role in the Collection. Taffetas, inserted with edgings of pheasant feathers, cut and draped in a peculiar way, are pristine examples of haute technique and imagination.
